Privacy

This page collects one thing: the details you type into the form, so I can reply to you. It sets no cookies and loads no tracking scripts.

Please don't include health information — yours or a client's — in the message box. This is a contact form, not a clinical system.

Who is responsible

Nicolás Ellarby Sánchez, an independent developer based in Spain, acting as the data controller. Contact: brein.psy@gmail.com.

What is collected, and why

Your name, email, and which of the roles you picked
So I know who you are and can reply in a way that's relevant to you.
Your optional message
So I understand what you're interested in before we speak.
The language you were reading in, and the time you agreed
So I can reply in your language and show, if asked, when consent was given.

The form also records the country your request came from, which Cloudflare provides automatically as part of serving the page. Nothing else is collected. There is no account and no profile.

The legal basis

Your consent — GDPR Article 6(1)(a) — given by ticking the box. Giving your details is voluntary; without them there is no way to contact you. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing me, and I'll delete everything I hold.

Who else sees it

Two processors, both under data processing agreements with EU Standard Contractual Clauses:

If you choose to book a call, that link goes to Calendly, a separate service with its own privacy notice. Nothing is shared with Calendly unless you click it.

Your details are never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.

How long it is kept

Until BrAIn launches or 24 months from when you write, whichever comes first. Then it is deleted. If you ask me to delete it sooner, I will.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what I hold, have it corrected or deleted, object to how it's used, withdraw your consent, or ask for it in a portable format — just email brein.psy@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and loads no tracking scripts. Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage so the page remembers it between visits; it never leaves your device. That's why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Cloudflare, as the host, counts requests and reports them to me in aggregate — how many people opened the page, roughly where from. That is ordinary server log data, the same as any website produces. It is not linked to you, builds no profile, and is not shared.

BrAIn itself is not this page

The BrAIn application isn't publicly available yet. When it is, it will have its own, much longer privacy notice covering health information. Nothing you type here goes into it.
